Systems Engineer → vCIO; MSP

We’re a growing Managed Services Provider looking for a Systems Engineer ready to step beyond pure support and into a more consultative, strategic role. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Tier 2.5 / Tier 3 engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to start participating in client strategy, technology planning, and vCIO-style conversations.

You’ll work across Microsoft environments, support escalations and projects, and begin contributing to infrastructure planning, client roadmaps, and long-term technology decisions.

• Handle advanced escalations across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
• Lead or assist with infrastructure projects, migrations, and environment improvements
• Work with leadership on client planning, documentation, and technical roadmaps
• Help clients make smarter technology decisions and improve their environments

• MSP experience is required
• Strong background across Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments
• A Tier 2.5 / Tier 3 engineer ready to move toward a consultative / advisory role
• Someone who enjoys thinking strategically, not just fixing issues
