Epic Resolute PB Analyst II

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Resolute PB Analyst II to support a healthcare technology team within an enterprise-level hospital system in Maryland. This team is focused on bringing Professional Billing revenue in-house and driving continuous improvement across Epic PB workflows. The role goes beyond basic ticket triage or data entry and requires an analytical thinker who is eager to grow within IS&T.

Day to day, the analyst will be online and available by 9:00 a.m., actively monitoring Teams, Outlook, and Service Now; triaging and resolving tickets; and collaborating on team projects. New hires will shadow all team members and work groups to gain end-to-end exposure, as the team is not divided between implementation and support-everyone has the opportunity to do both. The team values innovation, engagement, and knowledge sharing, with regular meetings to review projects, tickets, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree

• 2-3 years of experience as Epic Resolute PB Anlayst

• Certified in Epic Resolute PB or Epic Resolute PB Admin
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills beyond ticket triage

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master's degree

• Experience supporting enterprise-level hospital systems or large health systems

• Additional Epic certifications (e.g., HB, Prelude, or related Epic modules)
Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
