Job Description:

  • We are searching for a Collection Targeting and Compliance Manager to identify policies and authorizations necessary to provide compliant targeting to networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements. You will take an active role in developing, planning and coordinating the deployment of enterprise collection systems, validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate targeting for customer access programs, and collaborate with collection architecture developers, signals analysts, network analysts, computer scientists, and external agencies to acquire, maintain, and maximize access to global communications.

    You will possess and maintain an awareness of policies, collection, processing, and forwarding systems and architecture and maintain requirements, targeting, resource, environmental, and tasking knowledge databases and work with OPIs (Office of Primary Interest) to identify environmental changes that impact target communications and collection.

The Level 3 Collection Targeting and Compliance Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: policy and compliance, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis or processing, and/or networking and telecommunications systems.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience.
  • An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
  • A Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area (such as Signals Collection or Analysis program) will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience).

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 163,

The Realm One pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
