Visual Analyst

Big Bear.ai is seeking a Visual Analyst to join the Data Analytics Team (DAT), supporting the organization's web development and deployment efforts. In this role, you will assist in web design and development to maintain a professional front for the organization, creating high-quality graphics for various initiatives and presentations. You will work alongside senior designers, helping to interpret requirements and translate them into compelling visual products that effectively communicate the intended message. • Web Design & Development: Design websites and create visual assets to support the customer's mission and organizational activities
• Content Management: Manage and update content within content management systems such as Word Press and Site Works
• Web Development: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web application solutions
• Scripting: Implement and modify basic scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Graphic Design: Design and create graphics to support organizational activities and communication efforts
• Collaboration: Work with the team to propose and review business solution strategies

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Education & Experience:
  • B.S. degree plus 4 years of experience
    , or 8 years of total experience in place of a degree
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer web-based solutions
  • Familiarity with gathering customer requirements and documenting processes
  • Basic experience with UI/UX design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of web service and content management architecture
  • Familiarity with web design tools:
    JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS

• AI Content Generation: Exposure to AI content generation and agentic coding
• Web Hosting: Familiarity with Word Press, Nginx, or other web content hosting solutions
• Web Security & Monitoring: Familiarity with web hosting monitoring, web security, and serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Fingerprinting Techniques: Exposure to device and network fingerprinting techniques
