Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). - Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager, overseeing deliverable tracking, schedules, and action item management.
- Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with government customers, internal leadership, and vendor partners.
- Prepare technical briefs, meeting minutes, and executive-level presentations, track submission of program deliverables.
- Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and vendor/partner engagements.
- Conduct requirements analysis, assist with resource allocation, labor forecasting, and financial/schedule monitoring.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues; provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet them.
- Manage project documentation and shared repositories using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related discipline. In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience (8 years total) may be substituted.
- Four (4) years of experience supporting large-scale programs ($5M+ annually), coordinating requirements, resources, funding, personnel, and schedules.
- Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community or signals intelligence activities.
- Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.
