    Expedient is looking for an experienced Regional Partner Manager to join our channel partner sales team, focusing on cloud and IT solutions in the Northeast U.S.

    Preferred locations: Boston, MA & Baltimore, MD (Expedient market cities).
    Must reside in the Northeast U.S. to be considered.

    About the Role

    The Regional Partner Manager (RPM) will growchannel sales by managing and developing strategic and premier channel partners. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned channel sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding quotas, building successful partner relationships, and driving cloud and IT solution sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Expand Channel Partnerships – Manage and develop relationships with keystrategic and premier partners to drive new business opportunities.
    Accelerate Cloud & IT Sales – Use your existing network and market knowledge to position Expedient’s solutions and close deals withmid-market and enterprise clients.
    Go-to-Market Strategy – Build and execute custom sales plans that align withExpedient’s value proposition and partner growth objectives.
    Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals – Consistently meet and surpassmonthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets, partner events KPIs, and lead development goals.
    Engagement & Enablement – Increase partner activity through joint events, SPIFFS, sales incentives, and business development meetings.

    What You Bring to the Team

    5+ years of B2B channel sales experience, focusing onIaaS, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
    Proven track record ofdeveloping new business and driving partner-led revenue.
    Strongrelationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent presentation and communication skills for both small and large audiences.
    Willingness totravel overnight (up to 25%).
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

    Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission. Estimated OTE: $200K - $225K after ramp-up.
