Senior Business Analyst - Columbia, MD

We're seeking an experienced senior analyst to join our Service team. This person will be responsible for complex analytics, end-to-end dashboard design, data modeling, and leading cross-functional analytics initiatives that improve Service performance and strategy.

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-level dashboards for key Service KPIs
• Develop and maintain data models, advanced transformations, and performance-optimized datasets; ensure data quality and consistency across reports
• Use advanced analytics to surface root causes and strategic recommendations
• Lead medium-sized projects
• Assist customers with SAP and C4C related questions

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
• 5+ years of analytics/reporting experience, preferably supporting Service/Field operations
• Advanced BI skills (Analysis for Office/Power BI/Tableau) and data modeling; strong DAX/MDX or equivalent
• Experience working with databases/data warehouses and ETL concepts
• Experience with SAP or C4C platforms
• Excellent stakeholder influence and presentation skills; able to translate analysis into business impact
• Proven problem-solving and project leadership; ability to seek out solutions independently
• Certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SAP) are a plus
• Must reside in the US and have valid US work authorization

The total compensation for this position is $83K-$110K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
