Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports a team of intelligence analysts and supporting elements, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's security.
Responsibilities- Responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT, exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications‑and‑warnings threat estimates. Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi‑intelligence assessments.
- Minimum of eight (8) total years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD.
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non‑kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT dadaic support to special operations is preferred. (
Note:
aluminum traditional/legacy OSINT duties will not be considered equivalent experience). - Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
- Superior verbal briefing skills with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS 14 level or above.
- Minimum of six (6) total years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD.
- Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. (

traditional/legacy OSINT duties will not be considered equivalent experience). - Superior verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS 13 level or above.
- Proficiency in the current suite of available all‑source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Position requires active Security Clearance
Pay Range113,000‑157,000. The Realm One pay range for Hawaiian job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
