DRO Technical Support Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and client support sector, is seeking a DRO Technical Support Representative to join their team. As a DRO Technical Support Representative, you will be part of the Client Services Department supporting the SaaS Service & Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DRO Technical Support Representative

Location: Remote

• Provide support and monitoring for Route Smart’s DRO web application
• Meet all SLAs, including uptime, fix time, and quality standards
• Interact with tier 1 support staff and the DRO Technical Product Support Manager to resolve client issues
• Continuously communicate with end users regarding the status of open support tickets
• Properly document client support incidents following department policies

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
