We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support an upcoming federal proposal phase. In this role, you will contribute directly to technical prototypes, provide architectural input, and strengthen solution approaches—while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Hourly, part‑time role during the proposal phase, with potential consideration for full‑time salaried employment upon contract award (based on performance and final business needs).

- Candidates based in Maryland, DC, or Virginia are strongly preferred (may require on‑site support in Columbia, MD).
- Hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Developer (front‑end and back‑end).
- Strong skills with modern frameworks and languages such as Java, JavaScript/Type Script, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, Dev Ops pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic proposal environment.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. federal government modernization or large‑scale transformation efforts.
- Experience supporting proposal‑phase technical efforts or pre‑award solution development.
- Hourly rate between $90 and $130, depending on experience, expertise, and clearance level.
- Part‑time, hourly engagement during the proposal phase only; competitive with market standards for cleared, mid‑level to senior‑level full‑stack engineers in the MD/DC/VA region.
- Potential for consideration for full‑time salaried employment upon contract award, based on performance and business needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload based on client needs.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent technical writing skills and experience in systems with complex requirements.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the system development lifecycle; SAFe knowledge a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to navigate an office setting unassisted.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Strong speaking skills, including clear articulation and excellent word enunciation.
- Employees must adhere to all information security requirements as documented in company policies and procedures.
- Hybrid work environment: three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and two days working remotely.
