Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Target Analysts, Reporters, Collection Managers, Collection Targeting and Compliance Managers, Analytic Editors, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts and Threat Analysts by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Collection Manager responsible for identifying and implementing the best access points, methods, and plans to exploit target networks and meet specific collection requirements. In this role, you will develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems, validate and adjust collection tasking, and terminate tasks as needed for various collection programs. You will also collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain, and maximize access to global communications, ensuring effective and efficient data collection.

The Level 3 Collection Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

• Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
• Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience must be in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, and/or analysis; and the collection management process.
• A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• A Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• A Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
