Role Summary

The HR Administrator provides high-level backend administrative and operational support to HR leadership and senior stakeholders. This role focuses on documentation, data management, reporting, presentations, and process support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly discreet, technically proficient, and comfortable handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Administration — Provide backend administrative support to HR leadership across multiple initiatives
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage HR documentation, reports, trackers, and records
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding documentation, audits, compliance tracking, and internal reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR data and materials
  • Leadership & Executive Support — Create and maintain high-quality presentations and materials for leadership meetings
  • Coordinate information flow between HR, leadership, and other internal stakeholders
Tools & Systems
  • Develop and maintain presentations using PowerPoint with a strong focus on clarity, formatting, and storytelling
  • Manage and analyze data using Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting dashboards)
  • Use Adobe tools (e.g., Acrobat) to edit, format, and manage HR documents and PDFs
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and version control
Confidentiality & Compliance
  • Handle highly sensitive employee and company information with the utmost discretion
  • Exercise sound judgment when dealing with confidential and restricted information
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative, operations, or backend support role
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of Adobe tools
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
