Position: Physical Therapist, Clinic Coordinator
Summary:

we want each patient’s experience to be nothing less than exceptional! We treat 1 patient every 45 minutes, no techs, and we have amazing gym facilities to focus on advanced level functional exercise.
FX Physical Therapy is looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist, Clinic Coordinator who excels at patient care, would like to develop managerial skills, and is able to build a new clinic location from the ground up with direct assistance. If you love motivating people and helping patients ease their pain, we’re interested in talking with you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of your patients
- Ability to treat 1 patient per 45 minutes with exceptional quality of care
- Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
- Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
- Evaluate and report on patients’ progress
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries with assistance
- Collaborate with operations and marketing team in order to execute on community and physician outreach initiatives with guidance
- Build a reputation for your sites growth setting up the opportunity to add staff and grow a team
- Regularly meet with staff, both therapists and admin in order to create a team culture and review processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clinic partners in order to foster a strong working relationship
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
- Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years
- Professional PT experience with emphasis on sports injuries
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
