Role Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our Columbia, Maryland clinical team. This leadership-focused role supports clinical excellence, mentorship, and collaborative care within a clinic environment. The Senior BCBA plays an essential role in shaping service quality, guiding clinical staff, and supporting organizational growth.
Total compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year
, inclusive of base pay and performance-based bonus potential.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Work Setting: In-person, clinic-based
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Clinical and Regional Leadership
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
- Offer support and consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and program adjustments
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical initiatives, quality assurance, and operational consistency
- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress through data review and make clinically sound recommendations
- Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to organizational and ethical standards
- Communicate clearly with families regarding treatment goals and progress
- Provide caregiver education to promote generalization and meaningful outcomes
- Help maintain a positive, professional experience for families receiving services
- Lead or assist with professional development activities, workshops, and clinic trainings
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Support onboarding and skill development for new clinical team members
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland
- Demonstrated experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Experience in a senior, lead, or high-responsibility BCBA role
- Experience supporting a clinic environment or multidisciplinary setting
- Excellent documentation and case management skills
Total Compensation: $110,000–$130,000/year (includes base salary + performance bonus) - Leadership training and career growth opportunities
