Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our Columbia, Maryland clinical team. This leadership-focused role supports clinical excellence, mentorship, and collaborative care within a clinic environment. The Senior BCBA plays an essential role in shaping service quality, guiding clinical staff, and supporting organizational growth.

Total compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year
, inclusive of base pay and performance-based bonus potential.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Work Setting: In-person, clinic-based
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Reports To: Clinical and Regional Leadership

• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
• Offer support and consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and program adjustments
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical initiatives, quality assurance, and operational consistency

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress through data review and make clinically sound recommendations
• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to organizational and ethical standards

• Communicate clearly with families regarding treatment goals and progress
• Provide caregiver education to promote generalization and meaningful outcomes
• Help maintain a positive, professional experience for families receiving services
• Lead or assist with professional development activities, workshops, and clinic trainings
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support onboarding and skill development for new clinical team members

• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland
• Demonstrated experience supervising clinical staff
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

• Experience in a senior, lead, or high-responsibility BCBA role
• Experience supporting a clinic environment or multidisciplinary setting
• Excellent documentation and case management skills
  Total Compensation: $110,000–$130,000/year (includes base salary + performance bonus)
