Overview
BCBA Therapist – Full Time | Columbia, MD
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, child-focused ABA program in Columbia, MD
.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (Negotiable)
- Bonuses: $5,000 sign-on + retention bonus
- Medical, dental, vision
- Paid MD licensure
- PTO starting at 80 hours + 6 paid holidays
- $600/year CEU allowance
- 401(k) with match
- Liability insurance, CPI training, BLS/First Aid
- Mileage reimbursement & AFLAC options
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with children (ages 2–15), autism preferred
- ABA assessments, VB-MAPP, behavior plans, supervision
