Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in Columbia, Maryland!

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We are seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation (7am–7pm).

    Primarily based in Columbia, MD, with coverage in other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.
Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient care:
    Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort as needed.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:
    Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and related financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency:
    Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, with significant relevant experience in patient care or fast-paced in-person patient care or customer service roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Technical & Clinical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Advanced

    MD preferred). Strong verbal and written communication, solid patient/provider boundaries, and knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Physical & Other Requirements:
    Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided. Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
