Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA, Part-time, Hybrid) Snowflakes ABA is looking for a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Clinical Director plays a key leadership role in supporting clinical quality, supervising staff, and partnering with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services. This role blends clinical oversight, mentorship, and direct client support, making it ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership while staying connected to clinical work. This is a newly created position initiated by our Clinical Director’s upcoming maternity leave.
While the role begins as a coverage opportunity, there is a genuine potential for this to transition into a permanent, full-time position as our organization continues to expand.
- Support the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical programming and service delivery
- Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Review, guide, and approve individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Ensure clinical services meet ethical, professional, and organizational standards
- Participate in case consultations and support complex clinical cases
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff
- Monitor clinical outcomes and support continuous quality improvement
- Maintain appropriate documentation and compliance with funder and regulatory requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing ABA services
- Previous supervision or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing organization
