ISSJ III– Intelligence Exploitation Analyst – Expert

Overview

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams, as well as prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.

Ft. Bragg, NC. Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.

Position available upon contract award.

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency in all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Expert proficiency with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
• Proficiency in using current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee Operations and other HUMINT missions, including methodologies and systems.
• Strong background in regional analysis, geo-political analysis, HUMINT analysis and collection management.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
