Hybrid temp Loan Operations Specialist in Columbia, MD

• Processing loan payoffs
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide payoff letters
• Loan verifications
• Basic account maintenance
• Customer transactions and balance transactions
• Update information
• Answer incoming calls and other duties as assigned

• 1+ year of operations experience in a bank is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Professional, organized, follows directions and reliable
