Welcome to the future of Early Childhood Education! We are looking for full-time Educators to join our team at Building Kidz of Columbia, specifically a Lead Teacher for our 2 year old preschool class.

- Lead Teacher for a 2 year old preschool class in a full-time role.
- Contribute to developing and delivering age-appropriate curricula that align with our proprietary programs.
- Support a positive, productive, and rewarding environment for students and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement activities across the Performing Arts, LTLE (Learning Through Life Experiences), and other program areas.
- Performing Arts:
Integrate music, dance, and theater into developmentally appropriate activities and productions. - Learning Through Life Experiences:
Support play-based approaches to accelerate cognitive, emotional, and social development. - Nutritious Meals:
For campuses with kitchens, provide monthly meal plans and nutrient-dense daily options; for campuses without kitchens, provide nutritious snacks daily. - Academics:
Prepare children for transitions to elementary school with strong foundational skills.
- Must be 18 or older
- At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program
- 45 hour Preschool certification required
- 90 hour certification (Growth and Development/Methods and Materials) Preferred
- Associate Degree preferred
- CDA preferred
- Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR training
- Willingness to complete additional pre-service trainings as needed
- Able to lift and carry a 40-pound object

- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Experience:
Teaching 1 year (Preferred);
Childcare 1 year (Preferred) - License/Certification: 90 Preschool Certification (Required)
