We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to work as a Lead Instructor in our Model UN, Mock Trial, Young Investors, and Debate week long summer camps.
Training and eligibility
: PAID training and curriculum provided. This is a seasonal summer position with available weeks and travel between Howard Community College and Montgomery County Community College.
We begin recruiting for summer in January and positions are filled on a rolling basis. We will only review applications submitted online. Do not submit inquiries via email or phone.

Responsibilities- Lead instruction for Model UN, Mock Trial, Young Investors, and Debate week-long summer camps.
- Be available during the weeks of June 22, 2026;
July 6, 2026;
July 13, 2026; and July 27, 2026 and be willing to travel between Howard Community College and Montgomery County Community College. - Work with students ages 8-14.
- Able to teach at multiple sites within a 40 minute drive (one site per week).
- Instructors must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current teaching certification or experience competing in college level mock trial, Model UN, or debate preferred.
- Comfortable working with a group of 20 students independently.
- Government, history, debate, ELA, and social studies teachers strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience coaching middle or high school academic teams highly preferred.
- Available to teach multiple weeks throughout the summer.
- This is a seasonal position.
- Rate: $20/hr - $25/hr.
