Job DescriptionJoin an exciting project at Dulles Airport in NOVA, focusing on renovations to fire suppression systems, restrooms, and common areas. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals in interior construction for large commercial projects.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.
- Schedule and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor management.
- Order materials and ensure site safety protocols are adhered to.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and manage the budget effectively.
- Implement schedule management and maintain high standards of construction management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project superintendent.
- Strong experience in interior construction with large commercial projects.
- Proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and material ordering.
- Experience with site safety management and subcontractor coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Experience in tenant improvement and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Skills in budget and schedule management.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
