Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.

* Schedule and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor management.

* Order materials and ensure site safety protocols are adhered to.

* Collaborate with subcontractors and manage the budget effectively.

* Implement schedule management and maintain high standards of construction management.

Essential Skills

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project superintendent.

* Strong experience in interior construction with large commercial projects.

* Proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and material ordering.

* Experience with site safety management and subcontractor coordination.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

* Experience in tenant improvement and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

* Skills in budget and schedule management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
