Topa Group is partnered with a rapidly growing Fire Protection company in Maryland - we're seeking a Fire Sprinkler Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed takeoffs, pricing labor and materials, and supporting project handoff after award.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare full-scope estimates for new construction and retrofit projects
- Review drawings, specs, and bid documents for compliance with NFPA standards
- Develop material and labor takeoffs and subcontractor pricing
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and design teams
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and related codes
- Proficiency with estimating software and construction documents
