Columbia Association’s Summer Camp program operates three 8‑week camps in Howard County. We are seeking Summer Camp Counselors for the Summer of 2026 that begins in June through August 2026.
Responsibilities- Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans meeting the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
- Promote positivity, interact with students, supervise groups, accompany field trips, and maintain open communication with families, children, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Morning shift: 6:45 am – 9:15 am
- Mid‑morning shift: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
- Afternoon shift: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Late shift: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Positions are part‑time and will end in August 2026. Required and mandatory trainings may occur on weekends.

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
