About the Role

Join us as a Teacher at Columbia Gateway Kinder Care in the Kinder Care Learning Companies family. Your daily focus will be supporting children’s learning and development for you and the families in your community.

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Partner with parents and collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Support center success by sharing best practices and contributing to team efforts.

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience or willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures for prolonged interaction with children and to engage in active play.
• Proficient reading, writing, and communication in English.

Range of pay: $16.65 – $16.65 hourly (plus an additional $3.00 per hour premium in Minnesota).
