• Manage operational aspects of customer lifecycle activities, including renewals, expansions, and churn administration
• Communicate directly with clients, action upsells, and manage workflows to support customer retention
• Analyze customer contracts and develop renewal options in partnership with finance
• Maintain up-to-date renewal status tracking for all customers
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and renewals

• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success Operations, Account Management, or a similar role
• Experience with CRM systems and order management processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling renewal scenarios and options

• Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts
• Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance and other internal stakeholders
