Hiring an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist - Columbia, MD (100% in office)

A fast growing commercial construction company with a national footprint is adding an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist due to increased volume. This is a great role for someone who wants ownership of the full AR cycle and visibility across the business.

You’ll handle customer invoicing from start to finish - deposits, progress billing, final invoices, and follow up on collections. This is not aggressive collections. It’s professional, relationship based follow up with repeat customers. You’ll also work heavily in Excel and Quick Books and have opportunities to help improve processes as the company continues to scale.

Comp is 60K to 75k base plus quarterly bonuses
