Top Shooters is hiring an experienced Back of House Manager/Kitchen Operations Manager to lead, structure, and modernize our kitchen operations. This is a true leadership role, not a working line position. We are specifically seeking a manager who focuses on people development, systems, and operational consistency — not someone who plans to schedule themselves on the line.
This role works closely with ownership and the management team to build efficient, repeatable kitchen systems that reduce burnout, improve communication, and support long-term success in a high-volume environment. This Role Is About Leadership — Not Line Coverage. Success in this role is measured by how well the kitchen runs without constant intervention, how effectively team members are trained and supported, and how strong the systems are behind the scenes — not by how many shifts you personally work on the line.
- Oversee overall back-of-house operations, including food quality, consistency, and execution
- Lead, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Design and implement kitchen systems that improve efficiency, prep flow, and communication
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and prep strategies with a focus on sustainability
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and food cost control
- Collaborate with ownership and management on continuous operational improvements
- Step in on the line when truly necessary while prioritizing leadership and oversight
- Previous kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, BOH Manager, Sous Chef, or similar)
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure and systems
- Calm, consistent, and respected leadership style

- $46,000–$56,000 base salary, based on experience
