Job Title: Blend/Batch Maker – Packaging
Location: Columbia, IL
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00–$20.75 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)

Multiple Openings Available

The Blend/Batch Maker is responsible for safely batching chemicals, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Batch chemicals according to quality and safety standards
• Label and fill drums, tanks, and tank trucks using pumps and hoses
• Complete manufacturing paperwork and checklists accurately
• Operate a forklift
• Maintain clean and organized blending areas
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform assigned tasks, including food safety responsibilities when required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working around chemicals

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to wear required safety equipment (respirator, gloves, acid suit, goggles, steel-toed boots)
• May be required to work outdoors
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
