Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and developing staff.
  • Oversee member service to provide great customer experience.
  • Front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take information calls, manage member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member account information.
  • Conduct gym tours and meet potential members.
  • Facilitate member service issues and questions.
  • Support team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
  • Manage marketing efforts and train team members on current promotions.
  • Order supplies, keep inventory, and track reports as needed.
Essential Behavior Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Honesty and strong work ethic.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
  • Speaking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
