A school-based registered nurse is needed to provide essential health services to students and staff in an educational setting in Columbia City, IN. This contract role offers an opportunity to support student wellness and safety in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and school policies
- Perform student health assessments and screenings
- Manage chronic health conditions and emergency care plans
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives among students
- Comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Current and valid RN license
