Assembler; 2nd shift

Position: Assembler (2nd shift)

* 1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
* HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
* Due to U.S. government contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or otherwise legally authorized to obtain the necessary government approvals.
* Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
* Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
* Ability to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required).
* Proficient in using hand tools and small parts assembly.
* Basic math skills and attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Work well with others in team setting
* Ability to cross train and rotate jobs often
* Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
* Regular movement may include :

Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion.
* Ability to lift and move objects up to:  + 10 lbs regularly  + 25 lbs frequently  + 50 lbs occasionally
* Requires use of hands for fine motor tasks and assembly.
* Ability to move throughout the facility and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.).
* Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
* Work is performed in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
* Frequent collaboration in a team-based setting.
* Occasional exposure (10%–33%) to noise, dust, chemicals, and machinery.
* Job involves repetitive tasks, concentration on small components, and hand/eye coordination.
