* HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

* Ability to cross train and rotate jobs often
* Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
* Regular movement may include :
Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion.
* Ability to lift and move objects up to: + 10 lbs regularly + 25 lbs frequently + 50 lbs occasionally
* Requires use of hands for fine motor tasks and assembly.
* Ability to move throughout the facility and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.).
* Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
* Work is performed in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
* Frequent collaboration in a team-based setting.
* Occasional exposure (10%–33%) to noise, dust, chemicals, and machinery.
* Job involves repetitive tasks, concentration on small components, and hand/eye coordination.
