Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Class A Driver to join our Transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials using end dump trailers. This role requires a Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a strong commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations. The End Dump Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.

• Safely operate End Dump Trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of the End Dump Trailers, reporting any issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials in a secure and efficient manner, following proper procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, such as logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the End Dump Trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for the proper disposal of materials.

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements for operating End Dump Trailers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class A Driver, with a focus on end dump trailer operations (REQUIRED).
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to operate the vehicle, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

The End Dump Driver position offers a competitive salary range of $57,200.00 to $88,400.00 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and generous paid time off, and life insurance coverage. The final compensation package will be contingent upon the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
