Pay$28/hour
ExperienceBuilding or apartment maintenance experience required; apartment complex experience preferred.
TypeFull-time;
Contract
Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Job Description- Perform complete unit turns, including interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
- Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
- Install and repair appliances as needed.
- Conduct trash-outs and prepare units for occupancy.
- Perform general maintenance across multiple properties as assigned.
- Report maintenance issues and completed work to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
- Ability to work onsite and travel to nearby locations as needed.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
