• Maintain and stock assigned store sections using proper equipment (excluding power/heavy equipment).
• Verify pricing, product date codes, and proper rotation; restock shelves, end displays, floor stacks, and refrigerated/frozen cases.
• Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up advertising and promotional displays.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior store areas and parking lot.
• Assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service, providing current store and product information.
• Load customer purchases into vehicles when requested.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including recording lost or damaged goods and store supplies.

• Read, write, and speak English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Basic PC and Outlook skills (preferred).
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
