Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry

Location: Colton, CA

Pay: $65 / hour (W2)

Shift: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Travel Nurse Source  is partnering with Health Advocates Network to find a qualified Telemetry RN to work at a facility in Colton, California. This is a registry position.

• Monitor patients’ heart rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythm changes
• Assess and record vital signs regularly
• Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, etc.)
• Perform head-to-toe and focused cardiac assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with doctors and other nurses on patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education (especially about cardiac care)
• Assist with cardiac procedures and tests (e.g., stress tests, EKGs)
• Respond to cardiac alarms and emergencies promptly
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are followed
• Support patients emotionally and provide comfort care

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting
• A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
