• Home Time: Home for the weekend

• Weekly Pay: $922.36 – $1,719.60 per week (full‑time drivers on this fleet)
• Annual Pay: $47,944.00 – $89,388.00 per year (full‑time drivers on this fleet)
• Full pay package also includes additional accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile, depending on experience.
• Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guest riders aged 7 and up are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience (optional)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
