Working with a team to install, remove, and/or modify highway guardrail systems, barriers, fences, or other similar products in a safe and efficient manner.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and perform basic math skills
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening along with motor vehicle record
• Ability to perform strenuous physical work consistently throughout the day, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
• Willing and able to live in company-provided motel accommodations during the work week and work in varying weather conditions in Colorado

Starting hourly rate of $20–$22/hour paid weekly. We also offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 401(k) plan, and uniforms per eligibility schedule.

Employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic and success at key measures will have the opportunity to attend truck driver training school to advance to driver, operator, and foreman positions within Road Guard.
