Warehouse Operator & Delivery Driver (part-time)

4 Noses Brewing is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our warehouse and delivery team in a part-time role. This position focuses on warehouse operations and delivery support, playing a key role in ensuring our beer gets where it needs to go safely and efficiently. This position will as part-time, averaging 24 hours/week with a schedule of 8am-4pm, either M/T/TH or M/W/TH.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

• Delivery Support
  • Load, unload, and deliver products using a non-CDL company vehicle
  • Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment
  • Assist with keg returns and product handling during deliveries
• Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, organize, and track incoming finished goods
  • Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory management and product distribution to off-site taprooms

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods (6+ hours/day)
• Available for work on Monday and Thursday, as well as either Tuesday or Wednesday
• Comfortable working independently and in unsupervised settings
• At least 1 year of industry or similar experience (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for craft beer
• $19–$20/hr, based on experience
