The Chief of Staff is the operational engine of the CRO’s office. This is a high‑leverage role designed for an ambitious, AI‑forward professional who excels at turning high‑level direction into polished execution. Your mission is to amplify the CRO’s impact by owning the heavy lifting of executive communications, rapid‑response data analysis and operational follow‑through. In this role, you will work in close coordination with the VP of Revenue Operations – the CRO’s primary strategic partner – to ensure that the leadership’s vision is translated into daily action and that the organisation maintains a high tempo of execution.

AI‑Driven Executive Enablement

• The ‘Next‑Gen’ Workspace:
  Actively leverage AI tools (LLMs, automated synthesis, and AI‑driven design) to accelerate the production of briefs, reports, and communications. You are expected to be an early adopter who uses technology to work with 10x efficiency.
• High‑Stakes Storytelling:
  Lead the production of sophisticated slide decks and visual narratives for Board meetings, QBRs, and external keynotes. You take the ‘rough notes’ from the CRO and VP of Rev Ops and turn them into…
