The Group Supervisor facilitates collaboration among staff and youth to ensure all expectations of the program and its services are met. They will assess the day’s needs and work with the team to identify leads for each task, and ensure completion according to the specifications required by licensing and shown to have the greatest success in implementation. This includes the morning cadence (wake up, chores, physical education), participating in work, school, or community service, and the evening cadence (dinner, positive skill development groups, and leisure time before bed).

Most of the time the Group Supervisor will be at the Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, with consistent community outings in Clear Creek County and the greater Denver Metro area (volunteering with the local Elks Lodge, going to museums, hikes & ski trips, etc).

This role will work with the team to make sure regardless of location or programming (at the house, working in community, going on field trips) there is active supervision and support provided to the youth according to licensing requirements and in line with student needs.
