Hourly Pay Range
  • DIRECT RATE (Work time spent with clients) $22.00 - $24.00 PER HOUR
  • INDIRECT RATE (Work time spent without clients) $19.30 per hour

Overview

Justice Works Youth Care is seeking a Child Services Case Manager! The Child Services Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to children and families. Working with a team of professionals, you will assess the needs of each family, develop individualized goals, and coordinate services to assist families in navigating the social service system, provide crisis intervention, and help to promote positive change through advocacy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening.
  • Ability to work non‑traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
  • Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence‑based and best practice approaches.
  • Maintain a flexible work week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet family needs.
  • Schedule and complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment.
  • Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
