Overview
Here is an outline of the position:
- 2-3 year relevant experience or education/certification
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with homeowners & contractors
- Residential forced air heating, cooling and ventilation service & start-up
- Low voltage controls and refrigerant handling
- Airflow diagnostics
- Mechanics tools for the above
- Must reside or be willing to relocate at own expense to within 30 miles of Basalt, CO
- Forced Air HVAC Sub-Contractor working primarily with General Contractors on new construction & major renovation of high value residences in Aspen, Snowmass and the upper Roaring Fork Valley.
- Small owner/operator business with 10 person crew.
- Service & Maintenance business focused on residences that we installed and select property managers
- Goal for service is preventative maintenance and proactive repair/replacement to avoid “emergency” calls
- Salary & Benefits - $45-60/hr, full medical, dental & vision benefits company pays 100% of premiums, service vehicle provided
Someone with residential forced air, furnace, heat pump mini-split experience. Refrigerant service, low voltage controls.
