This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carbondale, CO, for a Lead Installer. The Lead Installer will manage the installation of custom water purification systems while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, coordinating with clients and team members, troubleshooting and resolving installation issues, and following safety protocols. The role also involves providing guidance to team members and upholding company standards in all aspects of installation and customer interaction.

• Proficiency in system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for water purification and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Understanding of safety protocols, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Organizational and leadership skills for managing installation projects and guiding team members
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
• Ability to work in a hands‑on, physically demanding environment
• Experience in plumbing, water treatment, or a related trade is a strong advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
