Welder

Location: Hudson

Trillium Construction is seeking AWS D1.1 Welders for multiple sites across Colorado (Castle Rock to Fort Collins).

Key Responsibilities
- AWS D1.1 3G and 4G welding on structural steel, as well as AWS D1.3 deck welding (puddle welding metal decking to beams).
- Weld in multiple positions, commonly vertical-up (3G) and overhead (4G) for plate, to demonstrate control of the weld puddle, proper tie-ins, consistent bead profile, and the ability to work against gravity under field-like conditions.

Pay rate is $32/hour.

Qualifications
-3+ years experience on commercial/industrial jobsites
-Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced production jobsite.
-Can confidently explain deck/puddle welding and structural welding differences, read basic blueprints, and work safely with minimal supervision.
