Guaranteed hourly wage $28‑45/hr, negotiable based on experience. Monday‑Friday day shift. Over two weeks of paid time off after 60 days of employment. Competitive pay and many opportunities for advancement.

• Perform inspections to determine cause of failure following established guidelines.
• Effectively repair machine components in the field with high quality.
• Recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Plan methods and sequence for performing assigned repairs.
• Pre‑order all parts and materials required for assigned repairs.
• Perform repairs safely and effectively.
• Ensure repairs meet standards and cosmetic appearance is acceptable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and purchases.
• Maintain records legible and in compliance with methods.
• Report records daily from the field.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Maintain professional personal appearance and wear PPE.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers with respect and integrity.

• 3-5 years experience as an equipment technician.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Teamwork and cooperation with parts personnel and other technicians.
• A technical school certificate or equivalent experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior field service experience preferred.
• Clean driving history.
• Pass a drug screen.

• Dexterity to operate construction equipment.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50‑100 lb and/or 20‑50 lb and/or 10‑20 lb.
• Regular standing, walking, reaching, grasping, pulling, lifting; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling.
• Consistent exposure to weather, fumes, and loud noise.
