Mobile Service Technician

OVERVIEW

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing mechanical repairs on boats and equipment at off site locations and marinas.

• Perform mechanical repairs on boats and equipment
• Safely operate customer vessel during diagnostic water testing
• Ensure all warranty repairs are completed according to manufacturers and Marine Max guidelines
• Inspect boats, prepare and itemize estimate listing parts and labor
• Complete repair work utilizing service scheduler and SSO’s within the established timeframe
• Maintain and secure inventory and tools on company vehicles at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by arriving for service calls in a timely manner and presenting a professional picture of Marine Max
• Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain effective communication with the service and parts departments
• Ensure professional and clean appearance of company vehicles
• Safely operate company vehicle and remain within posted speed limits
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Other duties as assigned
