Mechanic/Technician role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to ensure minimal downtime. The fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety‑focused environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel and/or heavy equipment, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment strongly preferred.

• Availability of mechanic’s tools of the trade.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Spanish or other bilingual skills may be required based on location.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $23.06 - $31.70 per hour
Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
