Salary: $24.00 - $40.00/hour

• Repair and recondition agricultural equipment, performing quality repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to complete services while prioritizing safety.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen skills and learn more about diesel engines and John Deere equipment.

• 3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
• Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license

• Formal John Deere training (JDU)
• 10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
• Positive employment history with another John Deere dealer
